Stages 1 & 2 of Akora include 48 lots ranging in size from 817m² to 1520m², but the majority of blocks are around 920m² in size. Construction has been completed by Hutchinsons. We have lodged the Survey Plan with Toowoomba Regional Council for a Seal Application. Once sealed, the Survey Plan will be registered, contracts can be prepared and house construction can commence. STAGE 3 - To be released for sale in late 2024
Construction of Akora Stage 3 has also been completed by Hutchinsons and the Survey Plan is being prepared by Byrne Surveyors. The development engineers from Toowoomba Regional Council have placed Stage 3 'on maintenance' which means construction has been approved.
